Good old fashioned customer service!I didnt know what size to purchase so I rang them. I spoke to a very pleasant polite person who listened to my request and advised me accordingly, giving alternatives if there was to be any problems, upon recieving my goods. Next day delivery was requested and next day they arrived. Good old fashioned customer service which is so hard to come by these days. Speaking to a seller that actually knows about their products.

Great Wellies!Love these wellies. I live in the North of Scotland and needed a good pair of waterproof boots for walking my dog. These are perfect as they keep my feet warm and dry. A little on the large side as I ordered my normal shoe size (5) but they are fine with thick socks. I would definitely recommend them.

Item wasnt the same colour as showeni bought a pair of chinos it was in light grey colour but when it arrived it looked nothing like the chinos on there website it was really dark nearly black the colours were totaly different was very dissapointed with it but the delivery was fast thts why it go 1 star

Very helpful - good quality goodsI would like to say a big thankyou to Supadance. I bought some dance shoes for my neice and they were a size too small. Supadance then exchanged the shoes for a bigger size - The service was very quick and the lady on the telephone most helpful.Well done Supadance for excellent customer service!
