Excised expectationI would use barringtons online again, it an easy sit to use and fine the items wanted with no issue. Not only was it easy to use the delivery date that was give to me (with royal mail) which is the cheaper delivery company, It came a day earlier and I was informed that it was going to be delivered. Which meant I got the equipment I needed for my first hockey game of the season :)

First class customer experience !I was searching online for a particular style of shoe by FitFlop from their summer collection and came across Shoetique. Never heard or used this company before. I found the shoe I was after on thier website in the exact size, colour etc that was out of stock in the whole UK from the highstreet store where I first saw them. To my joy not only were they in stock but half the price I had seen in store. I ordered them as a surprise birthday present for my mum and they arrived the next day. She was totally overjoyed and so surprised I had been able to find them as she had previously resigned herself to missing out on the perfect shoe for her. So I got loads of brownie points for being the perfect daughter, she got her perfect shoes and I also found a new shoe supplier. I would definately recommend Shoetique and have added them to my list of favorite sites. Its such an easy site to use with a simple ordering & check out procedure and free delivery too. A* !

Shoetique is the place to shop! Lovely boots but unfortunately they did not fit. Was advised there would be no problem having my money refunded. Hassle free shopping and recommend to all!

An apology goes a long way I ordered for the first time from Shoetique and received the wrong order. I found they boasted about their great service in getting things to you, but not about the great inconvenience when they get it wrong and how to put it right. For example: Next day delivery, but if we've sent you the wrong order, (their mistake, not mine) we will e-mail you a return form that you need to print out yourself, going back 2nd class, you will need to queue up at the post office and and until we receive it back, we wont be sending out your correct order eventhough we have debited your account already and whilst all this is being reeled off, not once was there an apology and I feel that would gone a long way towards the inconvenience caused. 1 week on, I still have not received my goods and the only correspondence received was the option to voice my opinion on here! So all in all, I have not been given any reason to give a good review of Shoetique.
