Poor int'l shippingThey sent me a pair Converse (GBP 34.99 + freight GBP 10.00) without declaring the goods on the parcel. As a result, it came in 1 week later than expected and I had to pay for the Swiss Post to open the parcel, store it, write to me to request a copy of the invoice and present it to customs (CHF 34.10 approx GBP 23). I complained to them about that. The answer was they would check the problem, never got any other answer back. This made my Converse over 60% more expensive than they would have been if they had put a custom declaration on the parcel. I definitely do not recommend them for int'l business.

Super-speedy service!Very impressive and hassle-free. The boots were ordered on Friday morning and delivered by Saturday lunchtime. I was also kept informed by Royal Mail of likely delivery time, so that I could make sure I was in. I've also been really happy with the boots!
