Excellent Customer ServiceI've been ordering hockey stuff from Barrington for several years (my daughter is a goalkeeper) and have always been happy with the experience. My most recent order was delivered while we were out and, not only did City Link leave a card, but I also got an email from Barrington to make sure we had got the card and that there was no other problem with the delivery. My experience with other on-line retailers is that once they put the package in the hands of the delivery company they wash their hands of it - full marks to Barrington for making the extra effort.

07 March 2012 Below average The product was defective in manufacture in that two of the bolts were supposed to be spot welded into the frame, but were not, so the nut (which was domed) could not be tightened. I e-mailed you for your comments but received no reply. I feel that I have paid top price for the best product but have received a poorly manufacture product (which is not your fault) and poor service (which is).
