Staff could be more helpful in replying to emailed questionsThe dress I ordered arrived neatly packaged and in wonderful condition. The transaction was as smooth as butter. BUT, before I ordered the dress, I contacted Jules B via email concerning two sizes of the dress. No response. I waited and waited. Still no rIf the customer service personnel would have just answered my sizing question, I would not have had to go thru all those guessing games.
