Fantastic company let down by City linkGreat website, and a fantastic selection of sports equipment. Super fast dispatch, but let down by City Link. The running shoes were delivered to a neighbour although I was in the house ( I had put alternative neighbours addresses for delivery on their website) but they never posted a note through my door telling me.. I received the shoes 3 days later, as the neighbour forgot all about the delivery..Barrington Sport offer a fantastic free returns procedure which I have had to accept as the shoes were too tight. I am now waiting for the second larger pair. They were sheduled for delivery by City Link yesterday, but they decided not to bother and are delivering them today? We waited in all day yesterday for the delivery. When I contacted them last night they blamed the sub contracted drivers. So in a nutshell a great company let down by a courier.

Terrific boots great service, fab deliveryperfect, honest advice, great price, fab boots, incredible delivery, ordered at 3pm, delivered on standard delivery at 10am next day

23 December 2012 <br/> Great customer service I paid ¡ê6.50 for express delivery and unfortunately the wrong order was delivered. But that very same day a new mug was made and dispatched in less than 2 hours, my delivery charge was refunded and I received a great quality photomug the very next day. so despite the error, the way it was handled was fantastic and I was so happy to receive this great gift in time to give it for Xmas.

11 June 2012 Great service Handles for doors were very efficient and provided me with what i wanted with a large selection handles to ,delivery was also very quick from order to door

Fantastic serviceThe shoes I purchased turned out to be too big, it was so easy to return them in exchange for a smaller pair, great service and shopping experience.
