Quick to despatch and communication fantastic.Kept informed of process of order. Dispatched my royal mail. So much better than courier companies. I have never had to return anything or complain so can't comment on that side if customer service.

Really do price match! I found a pair of fitflops on another site for ¡ê15 cheaper, I hadn't used this other shop before so prefared to stick with shoetique, I emailed them with the other shops link. They emailed me back within an hour with a price match and free next day delivery. Great service would definitely recommend and use again.
