31 October 2011 Dear Mani I¡¯m sorry that you felt we deserved a 1 star review for our products and service. I have checked your order for an Atlantic Old English Colchester Door Handle and matching turn and release and can see that we received it on 10 October and despatched it on 11 October. I can see that ¡ê5.99 was deducted from the carriage charge as you told us that the handle was a sample. At the moment we are selling this product at a special price of ¡ê24.99 (¡ê20.82 only recouped by us). To check that we are selling this for a fair price I have checked what some of our competitors are selling it for and this ranged from ¡ê30 to ¡ê41. We operate a Fair Pricing Policy here at Handles4doors and ¡ê24.99 is an extremely competitive price for this quality handle. As we were very concerned on hearing your comments we have contacted our supplier, Atlantic, who have confirmed that their products are sold to all suppliers at the same price, therefore your price of ¡ê16 is puzzling. AAAARRGGHH!!! No reserve and collect.The general look and navigation of the site is good.The ability to filter and sort the products displayed is useful.The big bug bearer fir me us that you cannot browse onthe site to select what you want, and when you have foundthe right product you cannot reserve it at the store to collect.The only option is for delivery at a cost, and as I live relativelyclose I would prefer to collect, but when there is limitedstock the assurance of a reservation would be better.
