No grief yetrugby boots arrived promptly unfortunately although marked size9 were much smaller could this be difference between gilbert and adidas sizing? have returned them andwaiting for refund. previously havebeen amazed by service and quality

Great delivery and service, why no free returns?the website is clear and well laid out, descriptions are accurate and the delivery was fast and free. however when you are spending the kind of money on quality clothing one would expect a free returns service.i'm stuck now with having to go to the post office AND pay for the returns postage myself. to be honest this deters me from buying an item from jules b unless i'm 100% sure that it's going to be right.
