20 October 2012 Goods not fit for use I ordered cabinet handles and when they arrive I found that the screws are too long. Please note, I cabinets are standard size. Next day I rang from my work and they said the screws should be snap-on type hence I can size it to my cabinet door thickness. I checked the screws on my return and found that they are not the type described, their length cannot be adjusted. So I rang them again, they said in this case I need to purchase new set of screws of correct length, they refused to supply them free, yet they sale them at 6p each. I did not have any choice, either I return all of the handles at my cost or purchase the screws. After long conversation I paid for the screws and they agreed not to charge me for the postage. I was very unhappy with with their service.

---Exactly as described on the website.I couldn't have been more pleased with the microfleece I ordered from Gear Zone. I was slightly worried as sometimes colours look very different on the screen but I needn't have been concerned as it was just what I wanted and, using the size guide on the website, fitted exactly. At around half the recommended price and same quality I would definitely use Gear Zone again.

Fantastic customer service, products and deliveryI googled latex free wellies as I've just found out I've got a serious latex allergy and we were off to a festival for the weekend. I found the website very user friendly, and when I phoned for more advice the customer support was excellent. My wellies arrived the following morning, as promised, and they are good quality and haven't cracked at all. The price was amazing too.

Quality service and adviceI wanted to order a couple of cold weather undergarments. The Barrington stores website proved easy to navigate and compare products. Once I had decided on my choice, the information on colours and sizes in stock was clear. I cannot fault the service I received through, the ordering and payment procedure to the next day delivery.The products arrived exactly as published so, 5 stars all round. Fast, reliable & good qualityI ordered a shoe bag for my 5 year old daughter. She doesn't have the patience that I have, so I was relieved when it arrived very quickly and that it was just what I'd ordered. She was thrilled! Now she's got one "just like Mummy's". It's a very good quality shoe bag.
