They questioned the quality of the photo I submitted as it was deemed of insufficient quality, rather than just proceeding with the order and taking my money. 27 March 2012 Could be better I received part of my order which was in stock. I phoned yesterday to ask when the rest would arrive and the lady on the phone said she'd get back to me. I checked with her that she had my mobile number correct and that she'd ring me back on the same day. She said she would. She has not. It is a simple phone call and I find it disappointing that a simple commitment as such could not be fulfilled. I am refurbishing my house and there are so many other calls I have to make. I now have to keep chasing 'handles 4 doors' for the handles. Thanks for your consideration. Regards
