---Great product, fast postage... lack of communicationJust picked up a new pair of trainers from the site. Original purchase went through perfectly. The delivery time however stated 3-4 days (I purchased on a Sunday night), come Friday morning I hadn't received my package. I went to the website to view my tracking details, to find out that my order had been CANCELLED? I Immediately called customer care and they said that because my CC address and my mailing address didn't match up it was picked up by security. I then had to RE-do the whole order again, this time the person viewing the order would allow it through. I don't care that this problem occured, what I DO care about is the lack of competency for someone contact me and mention it HAD occured. After all, I assume they don't take all those details for nothing?p.s. Funny, it took them only 2 days to get this feed back form to me??

Good website, swift response and excellent packing and deliveryThe website is easiy navigated and appropriately informative (for example, it warns you when a label habitually has sizes which do not correspond to what one might expect. Articles well packed and I like the fact that there is no charge for posting.
