Great shoes great prices, great service!I have used shoetique on several occasions, I have always been able to get what I want, the prices are at least equal to others but in most cases much cheaper and the speed of delivery would take your breath away - why go anywhere else when it is this easy! Where were my shoes? Ordered shoes and paid with next day 24 hour delivery, guess what? They did not arrive, never mind it is a bank holiday weekend they will arrive on Tuesday, no they didn't. Wednesday, no sign so emailed, shoes are with Royal Mail and will be delivered before 5pm which came and went and no shoes. Thursday sure to be even phoned and told that they were with Royal Mail and would be delivered by 5pm, it didn't happen, rang again to be told by a voice message that they were now shut for the Bank Holiday weekend and would open again on Tuesday, where did my week go and do we really have two bank holidays in Aug! Anyway about to give up on this when early morning on Friday a cheery postman knocked on the door with the shoes. End of story, they fit but I won't be returning to shop again......

Best value and timely communication and delivery!I ordered hockey equipment for my son and the website as easy to navigate and order from.Price was the lowest I found and the speed of delivery exceeded expectations during the busy festive period . Emails were sent very quickly confirming order and dispatch of items.I would use Barringtons again and recommend to others.

21 December 2011 Great service. Handles for doors were helpful by calling me as i'd incorrectly ordered 7 pairs of privacy latches by mouse error instead of 7 pairs of normal ! Rather than just despatch what I ordered it was thouroughly checked, and questioned. Not all companys would do the same.

Just what i neededbest ting about the site is the way wellies are categorised. As a regular dog walker I wanted something that wouldn't fall aprt after a few months and would be waterproof and help me be sure footed in muddy conditions. Web site organisation helped me to focus in on what I wanted. Also speedy delivery made it a really hassle free experience. Finally great after care as I sent a query about cleaning neoprene boots and got a prompt , helpful and accurate response. Definately five star experience.
