Fast and efficient.I would have given 5 stars but Barringtons delivery company (city link) delivered to the wrong street and house! I was able to track the parcel but when it said delivered it clearly had not been. They did not follow the instruction of calling the number given to them to give an eta or to inform us that they were close. On calling city link to find out what had happened we were put on hold for 15 minutes, in the meantime the parcel was delivered by the owner of the house. The web site was easy to use and I am very happy with the products.

Great wellies, very well made, warm and extremely comfortable + excellent service.After looking at the specifications of the various wellies on offer, I settled on pair of Bogs Ultra High Black Boots, which arrived within 2 days (free delivery). They looked just as I expected but turned out to be a bit tight on one foot even though I had ordered a half-size bigger than my actual size (my right foot is slightly bigger than the left). As I don't live too far from their warehouse, I decided to drive there to swap the boots after checking that it was OK with them, and I received the best service ever. I drove away with a half-size bigger boots, having tried them on in their office to make sure they fitted. Having seen the boots, my husband is thinking of buying the same ones for men, which should be available in black in the next month or so. Great company to buy wellies from!

Very easy to use.Order delivered when they said it would be.I was very pleased with the ease of ordering from this company. I found the product I was looking for and everything else happened very smoothly from that point. I received confirmation emails and was informed when the order had been picked and dispatched. The order arrived on the day promised. Lets just hope my friend's son for whom this is a birthday present likes the top then it will be an all round success!
