Excellant service - couldnt ask for anymore!!Ordered goods online and they arrived within 48 hours by courier.I had emails confirming the order straight away and then another email to let me know when the goods had been despatched. I was kept fully informed on the progress of my order from start to finish even when the courier couldnt deliver as I was not at home. Very easily rearranged re-delivery. Great customer service.

10 May 2012 Very efficient and very prompt service. The web site had a very wide choice of door knobs for our new kitchen cupboards. We found some that we liked, ordered them (at a competitive price) and they arrived soon after. The payment procedure was simple too. Ian W ( Warrington )
