Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff with quick delivery!I found the prettiest wellies for my wedding, but had trouble making the online payment. So I rung the number on the website, someone answered immediately and took payment over the phone. I was worried about delivery times, and they assured me that the standard delivery would reach me in time, and not to pay extra for the express service. The lovely wellies reached me really quickly and were well packaged. I would recommend Easy Wellies, great products, price and service!

31 October 2011 Dear Mani I¡¯m sorry that you felt we deserved a 1 star review for our products and service. I have checked your order for an Atlantic Old English Colchester Door Handle and matching turn and release and can see that we received it on 10 October and despatched it on 11 October. I can see that ¡ê5.99 was deducted from the carriage charge as you told us that the handle was a sample. At the moment we are selling this product at a special price of ¡ê24.99 (¡ê20.82 only recouped by us). To check that we are selling this for a fair price I have checked what some of our competitors are selling it for and this ranged from ¡ê30 to ¡ê41. We operate a Fair Pricing Policy here at Handles4doors and ¡ê24.99 is an extremely competitive price for this quality handle. As we were very concerned on hearing your comments we have contacted our supplier, Atlantic, who have confirmed that their products are sold to all suppliers at the same price, therefore your price of ¡ê16 is puzzling.
