Brilliant Company!This company has provided a great range of wellies at really good prices.The service is excellent and I was kept fully up to date regarding my order.The first pair I ordered were not suitable because of fit and it was really easy to return them via the courier who delivered the replacements.I would certainly recommend this company to my friends and family.Thank you!

We're sorry you're not happy with your purchase. Looking through your order history, you ordered exactly the same shoes 3 months ago. The image on our website was provided directly from the brand, FitFlop. They use exactly the same image and also ask all FitFlop retailers to use this image, to ensure accuracy and consistency. The style is now in clearance but it has been one of our best ever selling shoes. This is the first such feedback we've had about the image. As with any piece of feedback like this we have discussed it with the person you spoke to. She says she was merely stating the picture is as advertised but you wouldn't accept that and continued to challenge her. There was no spiel involved, she was just trying to help. She did also say you could return them for a refund or an exchange if you weren't happy with them. We hope the second pair of shoes are to your liking. Many thanks Stuart

Tip top serviceI saw some super fitflop shoes but found it difficult to get my size. I found them on the Shoetique website, ordered them and they were delivered by return. Unfortunately I needed a smaller size than usual, so returned them to the warehouse. Brilliant service- they again came by return. I was very impressed by this company and will use them again.
