Top serviceShoetique offers a great and varied range of footwear...something for everyone. P&P was free AND my order came the next day. I ordered two sizes and was able to return the one that didnt fit, free of charge too. My refund was processed a few days later.......how many companies can you say that about! I will definately use them again.

Absolutely amazing customer service!Was told the boots would have minor imperfections, but didn't notice a thing, they were great! Had a question about an exchange to a different size, and it was hands down the best customer service I've experienced in the UK. Will definitely use them again!!

Good easy to use siteEasy to navigate around; 2 items found and ordered - had a swift email response to say one item was unavailable; the site still showed this item was available which was a bit of a pain as I had to search elsewhere and order from another site. Overall impressed and will use this site again in future
