14 November 2011 A little bit frustrating im afraid The handles came with bolts that were too long,company replied i had to cut them down as some people have non standard doors! madness and turned an easy job into a pain,complained again and was sent the correct bolts,these should be in the boxes first time round,another handle had a part missing again took a few emails to get it sent out,but no complaints about postage time or quality of items,should have been 5 stars but can only give 3

21 April 2012 Excellent service, excellent quality, excellent price. Purchased handles for kitchen cabinets, pewter & ceramic. The price was fantastic - far cheaper than any other site I visited and the quality of the product superb. Would highly recommend.

Good easy to use siteEasy to navigate around; 2 items found and ordered - had a swift email response to say one item was unavailable; the site still showed this item was available which was a bit of a pain as I had to search elsewhere and order from another site. Overall impressed and will use this site again in future
