Had out of stock with one items which I was informed about immediately by phone and offered solutions for. One handle out of the 8 in purchased had a manufacturers fault which was exchanged with absolutely no fuss or quibbles. Replacement came next next. Very impressed many thanks handles look fantastic!

Quick delivery at a great priceThe wellies I ordered here were priced better than anywhere else I could find on the net. An apology goes a long way I ordered for the first time from Shoetique and received the wrong order. I found they boasted about their great service in getting things to you, but not about the great inconvenience when they get it wrong and how to put it right. For example: Next day delivery, but if we've sent you the wrong order, (their mistake, not mine) we will e-mail you a return form that you need to print out yourself, going back 2nd class, you will need to queue up at the post office and and until we receive it back, we wont be sending out your correct order eventhough we have debited your account already and whilst all this is being reeled off, not once was there an apology and I feel that would gone a long way towards the inconvenience caused. 1 week on, I still have not received my goods and the only correspondence received was the option to voice my opinion on here! So all in all, I have not been given any reason to give a good review of Shoetique.
