20 August 2012 <br/><br/>3rd Time Unlucky My company wanted some pull-up banners for our exhibition stand at the Lincolnshire Show 2012. We came across Kituout, and were very impressed by their prices. In fact they seemed too good to be true. With this in mind we ordered 1 ¡®pull-up¡¯ banner which arrived before its due date, and was excellent in quality. So impressed, we ordered another two the same day. They again arrived on time and were excellent in quality. We then talked about having 8 ¡®A1¡¯ and 2 ¡®A0¡¯ posters produced on vinyl for the show and agreed a price, paid for them, and awaited their arrival. Third time unlucky! They never arrived. This meant we were stuck a day before the show, and had to quickly make alternative printing arrangements, or end up exhibiting at the show with no marketing material. We made some enquiries and discovered that Staples could produce the ¡®A1¡¯ posters, but not the ¡®A0¡¯ size. So we supplied our original in-house designed artwork to Staples

30 October 2012 Great Products and Service! Initiallly ordered a set of 2 Hafele drawer baskets. In my fable attempt to install them I lost some of the tiny assembly parts and screws. H4D customer service have been superb in ordering extra ones for me at no extra charge. For that reason I order another 2-set of drawer baskets, a cupboard wine rack and 6 new cupboard door handles to refresh my somewhat ageing kitchen! I highly recommend this store to anyone!

Amazing customer service.I recently bought a Barbour and it didn't fit so was happliy exchanged but then developed a fault, Jules B had the item picked up via courier and a replacement delivered quickly and then still not being sure of the colour I eventually exchanged for a navy

20 July 2012 <br/> Simply the best I struggled online to find a company that offered a service of allowing me to print some random words on a china mug! Other print companies are out there just not one that allows you to order 1 and not a whole batch! Thankfully to my delight I found Tshirt studio. My original image wasn't up to scratch and Tshirt studio informed me of this problem right away not only by e-mail but by text asking me to send a better resolution of the image I wanted. Excellent delivery very happy with the mug hopefully my brother-in-law will be equally happy when i give it to him for his birthday.
