Shoetique - great service! I telephoned Shoetique on their freephone number (bonus) and the girl who dealt with my order was friendly, polite and helpful. The two pairs of Fit Flops I ordered arrived the very next day with free postage & packing (another bonus). I sent one pair back with the free postage (yes, again bonus) envelope label. I am now awaiting a refund on my credit card for the returned pair and am not anticipating any problems with this. Thank you, Shoetique.

28 February 2012 <br/> Brilliant service Being able to design my own tshirt on line was exceelent and far better than other online design services I had tried. The t-shirt arrived very promptly, was of good quality and looked just as I had planned. I was also kept up to date with the progress of my order at all times. A brilliant service! Why do so many other companies find it so difficult to give customers the service they want and need, when this one makes it look so easy?

02 December 2012 <br/> Prompt and considerate service What an excellent service. I ordered a T-shirt in large and it arrived in a medium. However, the customer service was excellent and I received another one free of charge the next day. The service was extremely efficient, the ordering process simple to use and the T-shirt quality excellent. Despite the hitch, I would definitely use this company again because they dealt so well with the problem and the results were of a very high quality.
