Excellent service - I was telephoned by a customer advisor (sorry, forgot your name - male) the day after I placed my order - because I'd not ordered the proper bolt for bathroom lock - if I need handles again - I'll definitely use your company and would happily recommend you to other potential customers. 05 August 2012 Nice knobs, shame about the screws The cupboard door knobs were just what I wanted, but the screws were not long enough to go through my doors. I had to buy more, which were cheap, but also pay the ¡ê3.95 postage charge, which was five times the cost of the screws. Why not offer different screw lengths in the first place, or at least say what length you are going to supply with the knobs, so longer ones can be ordered with knobs to save two postage charges?
