---Great product at great price delivered fastWe were looking for some tough luggage for a ski trip, Google took us to Gear Zone, never heard of them but they had a great product at a great price and they delivered it fast with a proper courier (not the people who just leave a card and expect you to collect it!)

Very poor, delivery has not been achieved despite the stated delivery being 3 days ago. IVery poor. No automated email updated on delivery. Despite stated hours of Sat service no answer during the 4 hours of me phoning - all operators were apparently busy all day !So far failed to deliver, failed to update, and failed to be available during stated working hours - if I could give less than a one star service I would. Lets hope my goods for which payment has already left my bank account are actually delivered. At this stage the worst online purchase system I have every used lets hope things will improve or this will be the last time I and my friends use this website - back to Lovell for me.
