07 August 2012 Excellent I am very happy with the products and the service, they are very helpful after placing my order they phoned me to point out that there is a product that I should of ordered for the handle but I haven't which was really helpful as I ordered it so when the builder came to fit the locks everything he needed was sent to me!

17 October 2011 Excellent product and speedy delivery Thank you for your speedy delivery. The handles are lovely but the delivery charge was extortionate. Just because we live in the North West Islands doesn't excuse the delivery charges imposed on us. We are still part of the UK.
