16 March 2012 Flawless From the first call I had no problems at all , the order was placed and arived a few days later. A week went past and my door handles arived , but due to the style of my doors the handles would not fit, so I had to change one of the locks I called them up and yes sir just pop it back to us and we will refund you . I ordered a different lock there and then and two days later it was fitted to the door , very fast service. A day or two later I receved a e mail to say could I call as the old lock had arived and they needed to refund my card . I had first class service from start to finish and I thank you all very much . EASY WELLIES - BRILLIANT SERVICE, CANNOT FAULT!This was the first time I used Easy Wellies website to make a purchase and I was certainly not disappointed.Prior to purchasing I sent an email query regarding sizing and received a prompt response within the hour!I then went ahead with my order on the Monday and could not believe it when I received the purchase the following day on the Tuesday! Absolutely brilliant service and what an added bonus having no delivery charge.I could not be more delighted both with the wellies and the excellent customer service.There was also the option of using the tracking service to track your parcel which was extremely helpful.The ordering/delivery service from start to finish was perfect and so easy to use.I simply cannot fault this Company!

Prompt deliveryA very promt delivery. Unfortunately the product wasn't suitable. The return process was easy to follow with a nearby shop to make the returno for me. I was notified of my refund within a couple of days. Great service overall. I will be using Barrington Sports again.
