Best service anywhereThe staff couldn't have been more helpful - i was in the delightful position of having a shoe panic for for an event two days later on a Sunday. Phoned them to check and was able to order on the website on the Friday and they arrived on the Saturday with free delivery. How many other retailers give you free next day delivery and include Saturday's in that? Quite wonderful.

Quick, efficient, quality productsBought some skins from here, cheapest I have seen them . Very easy website to navigate through, well detailed, quality products. 09 October 2012 Helpful and efficient company but should demand better from suppliers. Everything went smoothly when dealing with handles 4 doors but their suppliers let them down. The letter box came with a threaded bar that required a stilson wrench to install in the panel, which they could have done, and the whole thing was annoying to fit. The black coating has since chipped. The expensive window handles were supplied with cheap screws, saving a few pence, 2 of which snapped when attaching. One took me an hour to extract. I then used my own which were fine.
