4 days ago Excellent and very helpful service I am refitting a house and ordered new door furniture for every door. Handles 4 Doors thought that perhaps I had made a mistake in my order, so kindly phoned me to make sure that I really did want what I had ordered. Technically I hadn't made a mistake, but their advice during the conversation was sound and made good sense, so I did in fact follow their suggestion to chamge the stye of some of the handles. Simply great service - what else do you want?Not much else to say. The website is easy to work, the available stock feature is very useful (and very frustrating on other sites where you only find out at the checkout). I can read the prices ;-) and they're fair. Superb and highly efficient serviceStaff were friendly and helpful. Item came just over 24 hours after initial order on standard delivery service. A time was allocated for the parcel to arrive meaning that I didn't have to stay in all day waiting for it to arrive. Very impressed.

23 August 2012 Had to chase up to get goods delivered No communication re progress of order was recd after payment. Had to call a week later to find out where my order was. They informed that they didnt have it in stock. It was delivered belatedly. Not acceptable.
