Excellent service Of course, I ordered the wrong size shoe, and of course there was none of the right size when I returned the first pair. But I got a really friendly email, asking if I wanted them to look out for a return of the right size, and lo and behold, only a week or so later, a package arrived with the right sized shoes in them - excellent service!

Excellent Customer ServiceI've been ordering hockey stuff from Barrington for several years (my daughter is a goalkeeper) and have always been happy with the experience. My most recent order was delivered while we were out and, not only did City Link leave a card, but I also got an email from Barrington to make sure we had got the card and that there was no other problem with the delivery. My experience with other on-line retailers is that once they put the package in the hands of the delivery company they wash their hands of it - full marks to Barrington for making the extra effort.

26 December 2012 <br/> Print = D, Delivery = A* Delivery was good but I wasn't pleased with the presentation of the photographs I submitted. The pictures were excellent that I uploaded, very clear and distinct but the printed result was very fuzzy and not clear. There was no warning that the pictures might not suit or were maybe the wrong size. The colours on the tshirts did not represent the originals properly either. I was a bit disappointed to be honest.
