Had a problem with the base layer i received having a click in the middle of the chest - not a massive problem as underneath my footy shirt, but didn't like having to pay to return it. Had an issue last summer where i ordered a long sleeve and received a short sleeve base layer. Again would have had to pay to return it - you must change this policy when its not the customers fault.
