Outstanding quality service with amazing productsWhen I bought a bag from Jules B on line I made the error of clicking the purchase button 3 times!! When I realised what I had done I contacted the customer services (number clearly displayed on web page) who could not have been more helpful a refund was The website is easy to use clear images and precise descriptions makes you want to buy more!! Which I will be doing very soon;-)

Prompt and easyEasy website to navigate, not the cheapest (but priced okay), but prompt service. Had a problem with the base layer i received having a click in the middle of the chest - not a massive problem as underneath my footy shirt, but didn't like having to pay to return it. Had an issue last summer where i ordered a long sleeve and received a short sleeve base layer. Again would have had to pay to return it - you must change this policy when its not the customers fault. Overall, i do like Barrington's service and tend to purchase at least once a year, but it could be more...
