I have checked your order for an Atlantic Old English Colchester Door Handle and matching turn and release and can see that we received it on 10 October and despatched it on 11 October. I can see that ¡ê5.99 was deducted from the carriage charge as you told us that the handle was a sample. At the moment we are selling this product at a special price of ¡ê24.99 (¡ê20.82 only recouped by us). To check that we are selling this for a fair price I have checked what some of our competitors are selling it for and this ranged from ¡ê30 to ¡ê41.
