All round excellent service from start to finish. You made me feel important and a value customer.d to you.The parcel was delivered within the time slot and there was correspondence to keep me up to date with it's progress .Although we had to return the item because it was too small it was a quick easy and efficient process. Good website, swift response and excellent packing and deliveryThe website is easiy navigated and appropriately informative (for example, it warns you when a label habitually has sizes which do not correspond to what one might expect. Articles well packed and I like the fact that there is no charge for posting.

Exceptional servicei bought fitflops. they arrived 2 days later as planned. i was surprised i received a text message from royal mail to inform me that my item was on its way at 7 that morning and then a following text to confirm the delivery at 9.30 . this was very convenient. i wish all deliveries were like this. thank you. i will use Shoetique again very soon.
