CANNOT BEAT THE SERVICE AND PROFFESSIONALISMI was totally stuck on what to get my adult son for Xmas, and I had remembered he really wanted a particular top from Hackett, but on all the Hackett sites, they were unavailable..I found the Jules B site, and was happy to see they had just what he wanted!It was very close to Xmas and fingers crossed I placed my order and silly me just requested a normal Royal Mail delivery. ---4 stars for redeeming themselves...Chose perfect pair of gloves - excellent info about size, fabric and style. Very pleased. But oh no - then got an email the next day saying they were out of stock! Very annoying. However, further options were suggested in the email and a suitable replacement was found, ordered and sent out very quickly. I made the original order on 19th Dec and the replacement still managed to reach it's destination by 22nd so I was very impressed with the service after my initial disappointment - and the suggested replacement gloves were a very close match. Thank you!
