Delivery policy excellent, returns policy crap Your delivery policy is excellent, however, I will not be ordering from Shoetique again as it cost me ¡ê9.75p to send back a pair of boots recorded delivery as advised by you. I had to send the boots back as the left boot went on ok but I could not get the right boot past my heel. I have other FlipFlop boots that are fine and I really do not know whey I could not get this one on. I did not order another pair as if they had not fit again it would cost me more money to send them back. In summary, delivery policy excellent but sending back policy not acceptable.

15 April 2012 Excellent No complaints at all. Handles arrived safely and exactly as ordered. The website was easy to use and advised that if we added another handle to our order we got the order cheaper - bonus! Happy to use this company again!

First Class service!!!I had never used Barrington Sports before but I am very glad I did. They were offering a very competitive price for the trainers I wanted and had my size in stock. The website was very easy to use and delivery was extremely prompt. I would highly recommend Barrington Sports if you want great service with no fuss. I will definitely be using this site again in the future.
