13 July 2012 Excellent experience I needed a ring pull handle to fit a particular recess. I found the exact item on the website, ordered and in a couple of days the handle arrived complete with screws. It fitted exaxtly. Job done. Wonderful service from an easy and comprehensive web site.

I have checked your order for an Atlantic Old English Colchester Door Handle and matching turn and release and can see that we received it on 10 October and despatched it on 11 October. I can see that ¡ê5.99 was deducted from the carriage charge as you told us that the handle was a sample. To check that we are selling this for a fair price I have checked what some of our competitors are selling it for and this ranged from ¡ê30 to ¡ê41.
