10 April 2012 Website "search results" has an issue that they acknowledge but refuse to accept responsibilty for incorrect order. I've ordered from Handles4Doors a number of times, generally repeat orders and have been happy with the service. Since a website update my account had been deleted along with my previous orders and so I had to create a repeat order from scratch. It appears there is an issue with the website whereby when you perform a search using a product code and the results are for more than one product (even though you entered an exact product code) if you directly enter the quantity and press "Buy" the item placed into the basket is NOT necessarily the one that you have just selected to buy. If there are multiple finishes it defaults to whatever is the first in the list. Having placed an order with multiple items on I did not spot this and having received an order with incorrect items I called Customer Services to explain. Stock not guaranteed even if checked beforehandhaving checked the stock of several items directly prior to placing my order I had to telephone Shoetiques office upon receipt of part delivery to be advised an item was not actually out of stock. They expected further stock but weren't able to advise an exact date. A week later and unfortunately still no delivery. This was my first purchase from Shoetique so I am a little disappointed

Second to none!! outstanding customer serviceWas able to purchase exactly what I was looking for & was advised every step of the way as to when I would receive my parcel. Kept me informed as to when my parcel was being dispatched & a one hour time slot to ensure someone was available to sign for it The packaging was excellent & very professional felt I had been treated exceptionally well.
