Excellent Customer ServiceI've been ordering hockey stuff from Barrington for several years (my daughter is a goalkeeper) and have always been happy with the experience. My most recent order was delivered while we were out and, not only did City Link leave a card, but I also got an email from Barrington to make sure we had got the card and that there was no other problem with the delivery. My experience with other on-line retailers is that once they put the package in the hands of the delivery company they wash their hands of it - full marks to Barrington for making the extra effort.

Great delivery timeI ordered the Gryphone Big Mo stick and kit bag on Sunday night, I was tempted to add on the extra City Link fast delivery so I had it a day earlier (Thursday rather than Friday with Royal Mail standard delivery). Glad I didn't bother as it arrived on Wednesday!

Friendly, Down-To-Earth Service...... .....I needed to telephone to make my order, because I was having difficulty placing my order online because I am dylexic and have difficulty with this sort of thing. The lady who helped me made me feel a valued customer and she willingly went through my order and placed it on my behalf. My boots were about ¡ê30.00 cheaper and arrived the next day!!
