---Super fast easy and friendly serviceI paid for the shoes on Sunday night, and they were delivered by Tuesday. I actually missed the post, but the courier sent them to my local post office so that was handy. I particularly liked the hand written note. Would definitely use again should I find another pair of shoes I like!

Unwanted customer Disappointed as my purchase did not get thru, because I do not live in the EU. Total discrimination n frustration, that's what and how I feel right now. Should screen off shoppers from giving private details when not eligible for purchase. Feel so cheated.

An apology goes a long way I ordered for the first time from Shoetique and received the wrong order. I found they boasted about their great service in getting things to you, but not about the great inconvenience when they get it wrong and how to put it right. For example: Next day delivery, but if we've sent you the wrong order, (their mistake, not mine) we will e-mail you a return form that you need to print out yourself, going back 2nd class, you will need to queue up at the post office and and until we receive it back, we wont be sending out your correct order eventhough we have debited your account already and whilst all this is being reeled off, not once was there an apology and I feel that would gone a long way towards the inconvenience caused. 1 week on, I still have not received my goods and the only correspondence received was the option to voice my opinion on here! So all in all, I have not been given any reason to give a good review of Shoetique.
