First class customer experience !I was searching online for a particular style of shoe by FitFlop from their summer collection and came across Shoetique. Never heard or used this company before. I found the shoe I was after on thier website in the exact size, colour etc that was out of stock in the whole UK from the highstreet store where I first saw them. To my joy not only were they in stock but half the price I had seen in store. I ordered them as a surprise birthday present for my mum and they arrived the next day. She was totally overjoyed and so surprised I had been able to find them as she had previously resigned herself to missing out on the perfect shoe for her. So I got loads of brownie points for being the perfect daughter, she got her perfect shoes and I also found a new shoe supplier. I would definately recommend Shoetique and have added them to my list of favorite sites. Its such an easy site to use with a simple ordering & check out procedure and free delivery too. A* !

Product exactly as described & first class serviceI ordered this top for my son who is delighted with it & can't wait to wear it if this rain ever stops long enough for a game of cricket to take place. I was really pleased with the efficiency with which Barringtons dealt with my order and it arrived within a few days of ordering.

---Excellent customer service!Ordered Five Seasons Superman set of thermals, arrived very quickly, but was initially disappointed to find upon opening that the box was pretty mangled, and contained only the top, no bottoms. A quick phone call later and they offered to send out a complete replacement set. Unfortunately it turned out they were out of stock, I had the last one in my size. They then offered me either a full refund, and they would pay postage for return of item, or a 50% refund.I took the 50% refund, which was 50% of the order total including postage! Couple of days later I received my refund.The top itself is great, fits perfect and very warm. Sometimes orders don't always go to plan, and sometimes stock isn't up to scratch, but excellent customer service rectifies all. Would not hesitate to purchase from again, confident that any problems (hopefully rare!) would be sorted without delay or hassle.Many thanks Gear-Zone :)

Excellent ServiceI was scared at first to place my order being that the company was so far. I bookmarked the site and will definitely use them again. We could not find the Jordan Breds anywhere for reasonable and J-Bees had them :)

Reasonably priced items, combined with speedy delivery and good order communication advice, result in an excellent service from Barrington SportsHaving checked other online rugby kit providers, I found that Barrington Sports had a lot of choice in rugby boots and their prices by comparison were reasonable. I ordered a pair of Canterbury UK size 10 rugby boots for my son, who plays university and club rugby. As soon as I placed my order, Barrington Sports kept me updated at all times on order progress via e mail. The boots arrived very quickly and were as stated and overall were a good purchase. He is very happy with the quality of the boots and this early Christmas present. I am even happier with the price and such fast professional service.We will certainly be using Barrington Sports again, especially as we have five people mainly playing rugby but other sports as well.Well done Barrington Sports. Keep up the good service!
