Excellent service which was second to none.I ordered the shoes in the afternoon and they were delivered in the morning the next day. The sale price is very reasonable and the product excellent. I like the fact there was no postage payable and there were clear instructions for free returns of items not required or suitable etc. Also that the credit for the returned item was actioned immediately. Well done can't complain at all. I wish more organisations in the Uk provided such excellent services.

---A firm that sorts out dispatch problemsOrdered and paid for Gel Nimbus shoes but although the correct box delivered shoes inside were a different make.Spoke to Rose on the phone, who rang back after I had left a message on their answer phone.Told me to return incorrect shoes at their cost and e-mailed me when they received shoes back and had dispatched the correct ones.Mistakes happen but this was sorted out without a quibble.
