Its not the issue, its how its solved that counts!Recently having had a few issues with getting the right cricket shoes from Barrington Sports, I wrote a review in which I stated that I was entirely happy with the outcome, even though it had been a frustrating episode. I have a nice pair of spikes at a reasonable price, returned the ones I didn't want and all was well with the World.But, to my surprise, and delight, this was not good enough for Barrington Sports! Not only did James Wall of the management team call me with a personal apology, he kindly refunded me appropriately for all the inconvenience.This is first class service and they can be assured of being the supplier of all my sporting goods requirements well into the future. I was not encouraged or prompted to re-write my review, it was just the right thing to do when I realised what a quality organisation Barrington Sports is. Great service I love the shoes I've just purchased from Shoetique.co.uk. The style and price are brilliant but the service and delivery speed was even better! I would have given 5 stars if they had had these shoes in a 3 1/2 - I had to go up to a size 4 (UK) and they are just a little bit too big (A 3 would have been just a little bit too small :( )

---Quick and great value for moneyThis was the first time i had used Gear Zone and I ordered an Icebreaker top for my husband that was on offer and a third cheaper than i could find elsewhere.I was really impressed with the product, delivery was within two days and well packaged, a great first impression for a new customer.The only negative was that the delivery wasnt free and as i have purchased from another outdoor retailer that offers free delivery but the item cost covered that.Overall, excellent!
