---BootifulI had been looking for some Doc Martens Jenny boots for my wife for a while at a sensible price, then i found Shoes International. The price was right and the order was placed just before Christmas. The communication was very good, even getting a personal phone call to check on a minor detail with the order. The boots then arrived next day.My wife is absolutely thrilled withe boots, saying that they are lovely and warm and very, very comfortable, They also look very good, and are of excellent quality.I would DEFINATELY use the Shoes International website again, and as i have 4 daughters at home, i suspect that wont be long!!!!

First class service from excellent companyI ordered a pair of wellies which didn't fit and decided to get upgrade and bigger size. Easy instructions to follow online for the swap. The new wellies were with me the following day by 9.30am - there was no need for me to fill out labels as the courier brought the returns label and stuck it on and the refund also from the wellies that didn't fit was received the following day. The courier also gave me a one hour slot in the morning so didn't have to wait in all day. Couldn't have been easier and it was far cheaper (and far less time) to send them back than to pay parking in Town. Would recommend this company highly and I wish they did more than wellies as would definitely use them again again. It is rare to find a company with such good customer service at such a good price - oh and the wellies are brill too.
