Very helpful easy to use siteA good selection of products. When my computor crashed I called and spoke to a lady to place my order (Hannah/Gemma?) who was very helpful. Everything arrived on time and in order. My only slighly negative comment is the prices, on a price match alot of items can be found cheaper.But overall very impressed!

3 days ago Service good, product better than competitors I purchased a number of handles and hinges from them. The one that stood out the most was a 'value' door handle which is superior to other handles I've purchased from big name retailers - the key difference being that the base metal used matched the coating metal - meaning scratches did not show up. All ordered have been promptly dispatched and received.
