Great price and fantastic serviceI bought a new cricket bat for my son, which was half price and hence a fantastic deal. I ordered on the Sunday afternoon, the bat was dispatched on the Monday and had been delivered by 10:30am on Tuesday. Also very good updates as my order progressed through the process. Very impressed.

Great serviceEasy to order, processed very quickly despite it being Boxing Day!Delivered quickly - via Royal Mail - thank goodness! I'm not sure why companies are using the likes of DPD etc when they're impossible to contact, you have to travel miles for the depot - where you need to make an appointment to collect!So very pleased, it was delivered quickly by my friendly postman who actually put it though my letterbox, unlike any other delivery company!

Excellent serviceMy only issue is with the online ordering. My fault but I keyed in the wrong password and it took days to be re-set online. I ended up waiting until the Monday morning and ordering by phone. By phone the service was super. It's the best I've used equal to Boden. Emma Sinclair
