All round excellent service from start to finish. You made me feel important and a value customer.d to you.The parcel was delivered within the time slot and there was correspondence to keep me up to date with it's progress .Although we had to return the item because it was too small it was a quick easy and efficient process. I will use you again.

01 November 2011 Good price and good solid handles Good service, helpful staff when i called to ask a question. Only thing i found difficult was that the picture didn't change when i selected the tpe of handle i wanted (latch). Picture still showed the locking handle, which is a different size, which is why i called to check. Handles arrived really quickly and where very good quality and value for money. Definately recommend.

Amazing service I had been looking for a particular fitflop from many shops and have never used the Internet before. The ordering was much easier than I imagined, although I did have a problem finalising the payment, but this was more to do with my bank card that Shoetique. I then rang the freephone number and gave the details. The lady was very helpful and my order arrived within 2 days. I will certainly use the Company again
