06 January 2012 Coureous and efficient service Couldn't have been more helpful, ordered samples and wasn't charged full postage as said would be ordering more once I'd decided on which handle. Ordered the others in the week before Christmas and they arrived before Christmas which was brilliant. Thank you.

Simply great service - what else do you want?Not much else to say. The website is easy to work, the available stock feature is very useful (and very frustrating on other sites where you only find out at the checkout). I can read the prices ;-) and they're fair. A good shopping experience. Fast efficient service.
