Old fashioned courtesy with a modern Twist!!My first time on this site and I would certainly recommend this company to anyone. Spoke in person and was given excellent advice as to my chosen product which was very helpful. Easy transaction from start to finish and arrived promptly the following day and I love my new Wellingtons fit like a glove!!

Satisfactory outcome Order delivered quickly, but discovered a sale sticker on sole of one of the boots showing a cheaper price than the one paid. After a telephone conversation it was agreed I would be refunded the difference.
