03 August 2012 Excellent service, super fast delivery I ordered chrome bar handles which arrived promptly. However when I opened them up I found there was one handle missing. One e-mail and 36 hours later, the missing handle arrived in the post - with a follow up call and e-mail shortly afterwards to check it had been delivered. Extremely happy with the service received.

01 November 2012 <br/> Wish every experience was like this I ordered a t-shirt in a medium, and found it was too big when it was delivered. I didnt expect anything to come of it as i maybe should have checked measurements properly but they replaced it with a small at no charge! I will definetily be ordering from here again!

21 December 2011 Great service. Handles for doors were helpful by calling me as i'd incorrectly ordered 7 pairs of privacy latches by mouse error instead of 7 pairs of normal ! Rather than just despatch what I ordered it was thouroughly checked, and questioned. Not all companys would do the same.
