Had to return ring because too smallNot really jules b's fault but given ring not adjustable it would have been nice if this had been marked on the spec. But service and delivery exemplary - not yet had refund but have high hopes! Always previously delighted.

Incredible serviceNo sooner had I ordered the wellies when an email arrived confirming order, then confirming despatch and then date to be delivered. Then a text with the actual time. All this happened within 3 days.Don't know about the quality of the wellies yet as they are a Christmas present for my daughter.Excellent

16 February 2012 Excellent knowledgeable service, product & delivery Bought over phone to make sure I got all the right latches etc and found them really helpful. If you are getting someone else to fit the handles I would phone and get advice rather than purchase online. Great customer service. Handles great value and look great.
